Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 November 2026. Lotties Lists is run from the UK and follows UK GDPR. This covers this website and desk pad orders. Your planner data in the App is covered by the app's privacy policy.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, UK delivery address, what you bought and when.
Account details: your email if you sign in to manage your subscription.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it

To post your pad and handle returns (to fulfil our contract with you).
To send order confirmations and reminders before each subscription payment (required by law).
To unlock Focus Companion access in the Lotties Lists App, matched by your email.

We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who helps us

Stripe (payments), our secure hosting and database provider, and our email sending service. They only process your details to provide these services to us. Your delivery address is shared with Royal Mail to post your pad.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for UK tax and accounting rules. Everything else is deleted when it's no longer needed, or when you ask us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email hello@lottieslists.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
